TR Leadership is a consulting practice led by Randy Klassen, CFRE. Today, the practice is focused primarily on AI productivity workshops and coaching for businesses and nonprofits that want practical ways to save time, improve quality, and work more effectively.
Randy helps leaders and teams use AI for real work, including writing, research, planning, reporting, analysis, and workflow improvement. The emphasis is always on practical use, sound judgment, and clear implementation.
What makes TR Leadership different is the combination of AI productivity coaching and deep nonprofit leadership experience. Randy brings over 36 years in the charitable sector, including 17 years as a YMCA CEO, along with extensive fund development experience. That background makes the work especially strong for nonprofit clients, while still being highly relevant for business leaders who want practical results.
About Randy Klassen, CFRE
Randy is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) with a degree from the University of Saskatchewan and Balanced Scorecard certification in strategic planning through George Washington University. Over the course of his career, he has led organizations, built fundraising programs, coached teams, and helped people move from ideas to execution.
Today, Randy is best known for helping people use AI in ways that are practical, ethical, and genuinely useful. He is not interested in hype. He is interested in helping leaders and teams do better work, make better use of their time, and adopt tools in ways that fit their real world responsibilities.
